We are very strict on product quality control, but sometimes there may be some mistakes. If there is anything wrong with your product, or if we mistakenly shipped you the wrong item, please return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping*).
If you change your mind (which happens from time to time!), or wish to return an unwanted gift, please contact letnadal@outlook.com and we will be happy to arrange a return within 30 days of receipt. Please note the following: We will not be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the payment will also need to be returned to the original payment method of the order. All products must be returned in original condition with original willms packaging.
Please remember that all of our products come with a 3-year warranty, if there is any problem with the product during use, please be sure to contact our team at Rhinonadal@gmail.com
