We provide trackable express delivery service to most regions. Express service usually takes 3-6 working days to the US, UK or Australia, while other countries take 2-8 working days. If you are staying on the Kangaroo Trail in Kalkarindji, please allow a little extra time.
In some locations around the world we are not able to offer express delivery as an option because the express delivery service in these areas is not reliable or is not covered by the service.

Our courier company requires all addresses to be filled in English characters. Therefore, we use an address verification service to find the English version of your address.
What if the updated address is wrong?
Most addresses are translated correctly. However, if you discover that your address has been translated incorrectly, our friendly customer service team will help you correct it before your package is dispatched. Alternatively, the shipper will contact you to confirm the correct delivery address at no additional cost to you.
Can I choose a different courier company?
